You can place orders online securely with craftsports.us, simply browse our products, add the desired items to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout. Orders will be processed within 2 business days. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Out of stock orders will not be charged to your card, we will contact you and suggest to keep these in back order, and only charge you when the back ordered goods are actually shipped.
Returns may be mailed to us within 30 days of receipt with the product and packaging in proper condition.

Important: Product must be clean and the box in proper condition to be accepted.
Under garments such as briefs, boxers, undershorts, underpants may not be returned for size exchange or refunds due to hygienic reasons we can not restock these items.
All sneakers must be in the condition you received them and in the original box.
Warranty related product returns must be shipped to the same address as listed above. All products returned for warranty related reasons will be inspected upon the return of the product.
**Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
You may send this shipment to us by prepaid Fed Ex or US Postal Service.
Please insure the shipment as we can not be responsible for uninsured packages. Tell us the reason for your return and include a daytime telephone number and the original delivery note with card details for funds crediting.
Hours of operation are Monday-Friday EST 9-5PM.

We will only ship orders in the United States and Canada.
"All shipments are FOB our warehouse, if you would like to obtain a proof of delivery, or insure your shipment please e-mail us seperately, any lost packages or items must be claimed with the carrier of your selection."
**Shipments going to Canada are subject to standard duties which are the responsibility of the recipient and unfortunately beyond our control. Please contact your local post office for more information. Please allow 3-4 weeks for Canadian deliveries as customs may result in longer shipping times.
